I've never done yoga, where do I begin?

We offer a beginner's class on Saturday 8am called "Intro to Yoga". If you feel comfortable, you can start by coming to slow flow yoga classes to begin with. We believe that yoga is for everyone to enjoy and the point of practising is not whether you can touch your toes or not. It's about making friends with your own body and learning your own edge. Browse through our classes for more details

Where can I park?

On Francis St, parking is free before 8:00 am and after 6:00 pm Monday - Saturday and before 12pm and after 6:00pm on Sundays. Read the signs carefully – the time limits will be up to 2 hours, depending on location.

City of Perth Parking (State Library) right next to us.

The best part is that we are only 5 min walk away from the Perth Central Station.

I can't find the entrance

Look for the silver door on Francis Street, just off William Street. If you follow the map to 242 William Street, you'll be guided to a delightful shop called "Ruck Rover General Store". Turn that corner to right on Francis Street, in 5-7 steps, you'll find a silver door, next to an internet gaming cafe.

What do I need to bring?

We have everything you need to practice yoga in the studio... Mats, props, filtered water, the whole lot. You only need to bring yourself and cash or credit card for payment.

What do I need to wear?

Your favourite activewear! Or any gear that is loose and stretchy enough so you can move around comfortably. Really up to you. I have a student who comes in her work gear and practices in her work gear. If that works for you, hey, why not?

Can I claim my yoga class on my healthcare?

Yes you can! It just depend on your cover. Please see this page for more information. https://www.yogaaustralia.org.au/about-us/health-funds/.
